How is the year half over?

I am sitting here wondering what happened to 2009? It has been a crazy year and I am nervous my first day of law school is only 77 days away. There is so much to do. I have to finish my clothes shopping, try to squeeze in a surgery while i am double insured, take Lillian school clothes shopping for the FIRST time...YEAH, get Serena potty trained, move, enroll the three kids in school, find schools for Serena and Titus, have a garage sale, go to a family reunion, take the kids camping, get the kids to start falling at reasonable time all sharing a room, teach Titus and Lillian how to swim, and fit in reading all my prep books for Law school in my free time. . . ok I am sure tehre is more, but the list is starting to scare me a little.

Today is Adam's B-day...Happy Birthday! I am going to take the kids to get Chipotle and a cake then to see there Dad at the fire station. Titus wants to get Dad a train cake or a firetruck cake, he hasn't decided for sure.

Well Julie inspired me after reading her blogs so I am going to try to blog more...I'll save all my happy moments.

Here is my little wall project I started after I found the leaves for 2 dollars each at bookmans...I had the candle holders, but they were back so I painted them copper to match and it turned out great.

Titus was estatic when his balloon came down from the ceiling...after almost breaking my arm getting it down for the 2nd time last night...Idecided to not even attempt to try while I was home alone with the kids after he let it go this morning.

Today the kids helped me cook breakfast they broke a dozen eggs without getting a shell in bowl, then they all took turns stirring.

They were really excited to eat the breakfast they helped make.
It has been a great summer so far. We have been swimming, played at the park, and went bike riding many times...The kids are really starting to be a lot of help cleaning up the house and I think I am going to start a chore chart this summer a long with a bedtime chart were they get stickers for following their bedtime routine AND go to bed without getting back up then they can earn treats or trips to the swimming pool.

Your wall art/ photo area is so cute!

Okay, so I gotta ask... is Titus your son's real name? Cause if it is... YOU ROCK! That is an awesome name. It was on our list along with Angus and Henry. Hayden was my husband's idea and so he won out. But Titus... it's so, so... manly!!!! Sweet! ☺
